Ash Fencing is ran by Ashley Proctor and was set up in 2018.
Working from Corbridge for the past 12 years the business was originally called AP Property Maintenance, we decided to specialise in timber fencing in 2018 as most of our work was fencing, gates, decking, custom sheds and pergolas and the name seemed more fitting for what we were doing.
Ashley has been working in the building and landscaping trade for 20 years. He first started working for his father at KPS Landscaping and Fencing, based in Hexham, Northumberland. There he started working with a workforce with a wide range of skills ranging from bricklaying to groundwork to woodwork, Ashley worked with KPS Landscaping and Fencing for 7 years.
Ashley first studied at Kirkley Hall agricultural college where he learned many of the skills needed in fencing, there he learned how to erect many different styles of fencing and learned how to build gates from scratch.
